The purpose of my study is to explore and understand my journey of emotional recovery and personal growth following a romantic breakup, specifically focusing on the role of playwriting in this process. I aim to examine how I navigated through the initial feelings of pain and emptiness and how engaging in playwriting served as a catalyst for healing and self-discovery. Through this research, I seek to identify the role of self-reflection and creative expression in overcoming heartbreak and how these elements contributed to my ability to move on and embrace personal development after the end of a significant relationship.
