Description

My research aims to delve deeper into dance beyond its surfacelevel enjoyment to uncover how it profoundly impacts my personal growth and emotional expression. Through an autoethnographic approach, I intend to explore my own experiences with dance, highlighting it as a vital medium for conveying emotions and navigating personal development. This study is designed to shed light on dance's role in enhancing my feelings of value, integrity, and commitment and articulate dance's deeper meanings in my life.
