Unraveled Dreams: An Autoethnographic and Visual Study of My Wedding Day Mishaps through Collage

Subject

Arts Based Research (ABR), Autoethnography Method, Creative Artwork

Description

My research aims to undertake an autoethnographic and visual examination of my wedding day, focusing on the myriad of mishaps that unfolded. By combining narrative reflection with the creation of a visual collage, I aim to dissect the emotional landscapes that were navigated during this significant yet tumultuous event. This study seeks to understand how each deviation from the plan contributed to the overall experience, reflecting on personal expectations versus reality, and the emotional aftermath of when a day envisioned as perfect goes awry.
